Real results
Riverside van owners and fleets trust our work
One of our Sprinters hit a DEF countdown and two other shops just wanted to swap sensors and hope. These guys scanned it, found the failed heater, and had it back on route the same week. Straight answers and quick turnaround kept us running.
We run tight delivery windows and downtime costs us money. They put our Transits on a preventive maintenance schedule, so now the vans get serviced before something breaks instead of after. Worth the drive down the 91.
They built shelving and a partition into my ProMaster so my tools actually stay put on rough roads, and the wiring for the work lights is clean and fused right. The van finally works the way a plumber needs it to.
Frequently asked questions
How much does commercial van repair cost in Riverside?
It depends on the job. Mechanical labor is billed at $260 per hour, factory-level diagnostics are $285 per hour with a one hour minimum, and smaller jobs start in the low hundreds while collision or a full fleet upfit runs well higher. After we inspect the van, you get an itemized quote in writing to approve. Our price guide lists planning ranges by service.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Yes. A full diagnostic runs one hour at $285, and that hour is applied back toward the repair once you authorize it. It pays for the factory scan time that pins down the actual fault, so we fix the cause instead of throwing parts at a symptom.
Do you require a deposit?
On larger tickets we collect a deposit when you approve the work, with the balance due when you pick up the van. Special-order parts are placed on a deposit as well. We take cards and the usual business payment methods, and fleet accounts can be set up on request.
How long will my van be in the shop?
Routine service often turns around in a day or two. Collision, emissions repair, or an upfit that waits on parts usually runs from several days to a couple of weeks depending on scope and part supply. We keep you posted at each step so your route or crew can plan around it.
How does your repair process work?
You drop the van off, we run a full diagnostic, and you get an itemized written quote before we touch anything. All work happens in-shop with progress updates, we road test the van, and you leave with digital records for your files.
Do you offer mobile or roadside van repair in Riverside?
No. We work in-shop only, so every repair is handled at our Yorba Linda facility, a straight run down the 91 from Riverside. Working in the bay lets us use factory tools and finish the job right the first time. If your van will not drive, we can point you to a dependable tow service.
